Mr. Erustus Festus Ouko has more than 12 years’ experience in Strategy, Management and Organizational Development consultancy and functional experience running successful businesses for many years right from childhood. Mr. Ouko is a Fulbright scholar and has worked in the United States of America, Europe and a host of countries in Africa giving him a unique perspective of both global business models and standards as well as local grounding of the business ecosystem in East Africa and beyond.
He has a commendable track record transforming failing businesses into profitability and steering organizations into sustainability. He has developed strategies for SMEs, corporates, investment companies, Saccos and NGOs. He is also an experienced trainer certified by the International Labour Organization with proven expertise in designing and implementing entrepreneurship and economic empowerment programs that have created jobs for thousands of youth and vulnerable groups of people in Africa.
He holds a Masters of Leadership and Management from Moi University; post graduate certificate in Public Policy from University of California, Los Angeles, USA; Bachelor of Education from Kenyatta University; Certificate in project management from Swedish public employment service; certificate in research and evaluation from MDF Netherlands and assorted certificates in Blue Ocean Strategy Development and training on the Balanced Scorecard business strategy execution model.

Her exemplary work spans across top brands across a variety of industries including Coca Cola, SAFAL Group, Radio Africa Limited, Procter and Gamble, Mabati Rolling Mills (MRM), Centum as well as global development organizations like World Vision and Oxfam. She holds a rich experience in HR systems and procedures including ERP systems, human capital management, training and development among others.
She is driven to deliver the human capital value through tangible business support, strategic visioning and corporate performance by embracing a systematic human capital management backed up with prudent systems that integrate sound principles and best practices. Mr. Simeon Oyando is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder at Millennial Legacy Limited, a consultancy firm developing the business potential of its clients through a platform business model. He has supported hundreds of small businesses in Kenya especially businesses in the informal sectors owned by women and youth to run profitably. His work is driven by the need for social progress of communities through the positive power of business.
Simeon has been featured in various local and international media such as Kenya’s Daily Nation, Forbes, the Guardian, Huffington Post, and the B Team’s series on responsible business. His work forms part of an alternative view of environmental education as presented in the “Worldwatch Institute” journal titled “Rethinking Education on a changing planet”.
Mr. Oyando is a Commonwealth Scholar with an MA in Education and International Development at University College London, a BA in Arts from Maseno University, and university credits in Transparency and Accountability from George Mason University in the USA. He is also an alumnus of American Express Leadership Academy and the CSP, the 2016 American Express Leadership Academy Non-profit Leader of the Year, and a Board member CSP Alumni.

Judy is a community builder with rich experience spanning more than 8years in the public sector working with government and empowering communities with a special bias on small holder farmers. She has impacted the lives of more than 1500 small holder farmers across Africa.
Judy has is a former director, women in Agriculture in Mombasa County government as well as Executive Assistant to the Counter minister in charge of Agriculture, Mombasa County Government. She is the founder of Vijana Twaweza initiative and National Chairlady, Association of Women in Agriculture, Kenya which is empowering millions of small holder farmers across the 47 Counties in Kenya and with tentacles in Africa.
Judy is a core Committee Member of the Gender Pillar; National Agroforestry Strategy Committee, a member of the Regional Gender and Livelihood Development Network and she also sits in the Council of Governors agriculture sub-committee in the planning for devolution conferences.

Mr. Simon Wachira is a strategist and communications expert passionate about supporting African brands to grow, innovate and deliver impact. A holder of a Master’s degree in Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Marketing), Simon has advised some of the leading brands in Africa.
He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Volunteers for Africa, a regional non-profit organisation. He has also served as the CEO of Northern Nomadic Disabled Organisation (NONDO), Communications Lead, Kenya Community Development Foundation, among other senior management roles.
In the non-profit sector, Simon has advised organisations in areas such as Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships, Strategic Plans Development, Technology for Good, Advocacy, Storytelling (case studies, documentaries scripting and production), among others.
Simon has advised brands across sectors – public, private and non-profit sectors – such as Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA), National Industrial Training Authority (NITA), Trademark East Africa, Africa Media Initiative (AMI), YMCA Africa, University of Nairobi, among others. He is a skilled communicator – writer, public speaker and trainer

Mr. David Momanyi is currently the Chairperson - Kenya Youth Leaders Country Chapter for African Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance-(ACDEG) and Regional Youth Coordinator at the Horn of Africa Youth Network. David has previously served at Africa Youth Trust- an NGO that seeks to harness the productive energies of youth towards peace and prosperity- in different capacities he joined the organization as a Project Officer in Economic Empowerment program before becoming Program Coordinator and Team Leader with the Africa Youth Trust.
David has also served in Nairobi County Youth Advisory Board as the Chairperson of Resource Mobilization; he was also involved in developing the legal framework and permanent structures within the county government to manage and promote youth friendly policies and programs.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development Degree from St Paul’s University and a Higher Diploma in County Governance & Leadership from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology. David has also been certified by Cornel University and the University of British Columbia Vancouver, Canada for his distinguished services in community work in the role he played in UNESCO Growing Up in Cities action research Program in Kenya, a project currently hosted at the Colorado States University, USA.

Mrs. Josephine Ndambuki is a technology Strategy specialist with over 12 years’ experience working in technology and telecommunication sector in Kenya. She is currently working to bring to life the vision of the Konza Silicon Savanna in Kenya by activating a robust ecosystem of industry experts, local and international partners, investors and key stakeholders to deliver the most ambitious fit for future Smart city in the Eastern African Region.
She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of Tech leaders with a focus on youth and women in Tech. As such she was instrumental in the founding of the Safaricom women in technology initiative that mentors women to take up STEM careers in Safaricom. She was also instrumental in bringing Technovation challenge, a mobile app development competition to Kenya in 2014 after connecting with the organization in Silicon Valley, USA through the Techwomen program. Josephine has served as a trustee of the Safaricom Foundation where she championed the economic empowerment pillar, she has also served as the vice chair of the Safaricom Sacco up to 2019.
She is a co-founder and a director of the League of Young Professionals of Kenya, an organization that brings together young professionals from diverse fields together to interact, network and to collectively pursue ventures, that meets their financial and professional needs while giving back to the community.
